Moving servers

I have lined up a new hosting company. I will work on getting the main files moved tomorrow. Sometime this weekend I'll close access to the forum and access will be restored once the move is complete.

I didn't get to do much with the forum lately. The new mods will be appointed soon. I'm in the process of establishing their permissions on the forum and creating some guidelines.

The database will also be migrated to a new server. I have locked some of the forum to help ensure all of the data from those specific forums is kept. Also, I have disabled the ability to change passwords until the database is moved.
